Order Processing & Delivery Information
How long does order processing take?
Orders typically take 2–5 days to process and ship after we receive your payment, depending on order volume. We handle orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation.
When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email or can check your account for updates. Please allow sufficient time for processing and shipping, especially for high-demand items. International Shipping
We ship worldwide, but due to delivery challenges, we currently do not ship to:
Argentina, North Korea, Libya, Syria, Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Yemen, Afghanistan, The Sahel, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ukraine, Venezuela, Myanmar, Brazil, and Bangladesh.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Most products include free worldwide shipping. To speed up delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost.
Estimated delivery times:
- 2–4 weeks (standard)
- 3–6 weeks (for high-demand items or remote locations)
Delays may occur due to location, weather, customs, or postal services. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at customer@omfivira.com.
(Note: Delays caused by incorrect shipping details or missed deliveries are not our responsibility.)
Tracking & Address Changes
- A tracking number will be emailed to you (may take up to 14 days during peak seasons).
- If you entered a wrong shipping address, email us immediately—we may be able to update it before shipment. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
Order Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellations or changes to orders are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or changed as they are already processed/shipped.
Invalid cancellation reasons include:
- Buyer no longer wants the item.
- Found a cheaper price elsewhere.
(Orders are legally binding once placed.)
Customs, Taxes & Duties
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties, and are not included in the cost of the order.
- These charges vary by country—check with your local customs office for details.
- We do not cover these costs under any circumstances.
Multiple Shipments
Items may ship in separate packages for faster delivery.
Shipping Time Estimates
- 7–15 days (90% of orders)
- 15–25 days (95%)
- 24–40 days (99.99%)
- 41–60 days (100%)
- We ship products via international shipping, which requires custom clearance on both countries, thus we seek your kind understanding on the shipping times.

Note: Battery-related items (flammable accessories) ship via surface cargo (not air) and take longer.
What If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?
If your order isn’t delivered within the estimated timeframe (or within 2 months, depending on location), we offer:
- 80% refund (minus shipping fees) OR
- A free reshipment
Important Notes
- Processing takes 3–5 days (add this to shipping estimates).
- We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect/missing address details. Reshipment costs will be billed to the customer.
- If a package is refused at customs or undeliverable, we reserve the right to abandon it without refund.
Customs Fees, Taxes, and Import Duties
We are not liable for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for all applicable charges related to their order, including import restrictions and additional fees.
Under no circumstances will we cover customs fees, taxes, or duties.
If the package reaches your country and:
- You refuse to accept delivery, or
- No delivery attempt is made due to local regulations or customs issues,
We retain the right to abandon the shipment without issuing a refund.
